Aptara Announces Minimum $29 Million Contract Extension With Bowne & Co.

FALLS CHURCH, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/12/07 -- Aptara, Inc., a global leader in integrated content transformation solutions, today announced an agreement with Bowne & Co., Inc. (NYSE: BNE) on a multi-year contract extension. The extension has a minimum aggregate value of $29 million and will cover a broad range of composition and data conversion services. Aptara has provided these services exclusively to Bowne since November 2002.
